Food Security: Setting Up Your Container Garden Videos
2022

Two instructional videos – one in English and one in Spanish – were created as part of the Urban and Community Program I initiated, designed to support food-insecure individuals and families receiving tomato container garden kits through food pantries. I wrote the script, recorded the voiceover, edited the videos, and coordinated both translation and Spanish narration. The videos were designed to clearly outline each step, assuming each person was a beginner. Throughout the process, I worked closely with colleagues, testing ideas and refining, while keeping the focus on accessibility and the lived realities of the recepients of these container gardens.
